Summer Camargo is thrilled to be part of the Broadway musical Just in Time! Two-time Tony Award nominee Jeremy Jordan stars as Bobby Darin in this electrifying new musical that transports audiences into an intimate nightclub complete with a live band, a stellar ensemble cast, and iconic hits including “Beyond the Sea,” “Mack the Knife,” “Splish Splash,” and “Dream Lover.”
Summer is excited to make her debut apperance at Five Spot Jazz, an East Village club with a rich history, where jazz legends onced graced the stage!

Summer is honored to be playing with the legendary, multi-Grammy winning drummer, Jeff ‘Tain’ Watts. Jeff played in the Wyton Marsalis Quartet from 1981-1988, then worked with George Benson, Harry Connick, Jr., and McCoy Tyler. He joined the Brandford Marsalis Quartet in 1989, and won two Grammys. He has been a musican on The Tonight Show and an actor in Spike Lee’s Mo Better Blues. In 1995, Watts joined Kenny Garret’s Band and has continured to record and tour with icons in the jazz industry.

Featuring standout alumni from across generations, the evening brings together swinging big band classics, soulful ballads, and fresh original music performed by many of today’s rising jazz voices.

The Zinc Bar in cooperation with Arthouse 18 presents the Summer Camargo Quartet! Once known as the Cinderella Club, the gathering place where artists like Billie Holiday and Thelonious Monk performed is now the Zinc Bar, where Art Deco elegance merges with the soulful energy of the City.
Summer joins Grammy-nominated vocalist Deborah Silver, whose Billboard No. 1 jazz recordings have captivated audience around the world. Joined by special guest artists, including the marvelous Marilyn Maye, Silver brings her signature blend of elegance, warmth, humor, and world-class musicianship to an evening of beloved standards, jazz favorites, and surprise collaborations in her Zankel Hall debut.
